📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment and ingredients.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Prepare and present food to high standards of hygiene and presentation.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
