Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with accurate inventory records
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
• Maintain high levels of customer service and handle customer complaints
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store and company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of retail software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
