📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.,Provide product and service information to potential customers to address their needs and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
